How to Post Product on Mobystrade (Vendors Guide)
Selling on Mobystrade is designed to be simple, fast, and mobile-friendly. Follow this step-by-step guide to upload your products and start receiving orders.
Step 1: Login to Your Vendor Dashboard
Go to your vendor login page Enter your email and password Click Login
- Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your store manager
- or click the menu bar Ξ at the top left menus open store manager
Step 2: Open Product Manager
From your dashboard menu:
- Click Products
- Then click Add New
This opens the product upload pag
STEP 3: Choose Product Type
MobysTrade allows different product types:
Simple Product
Single item No variations
Use this for:
Solar panels, Batteries, Inverters, gadgets sneakers, food items etc
Variable Product
Different options (sizes, capacity, colors)
Example:
- Battery: 100Ah, 200Ah
- Inverter: 1kVA, 2kVA
STEP 4: Add Product Name
Your product name is the first thing buyers see, and it affects search visibility.

STEP 5: Pricing Your Product
In the pricing section:
- Regular Price → Main price
- Sale Price → Discounted price (optional)
Example:
Regular Price: ₦120,000,
Sale Price: ₦110,000
Pricing Tips:

- Use discounts to attract buyers
STEP 6: Product Description
This section has two parts:
A. Short Description
This appears near the product image.

B. Full Description
This is where you build trust and answer buyer questions.
Structure it like this:

High energy conversion, efficiency, Strong aluminum, frame Weather-resistant design, Long lifespan (10–25 years)
3. What It Can Power

STEP 9: Inventory (Stock Management)

Enable Manage Stock, Enter quantity available

Set status:
In Stock/Out of Stock
STEP 12: Submit Your Product

- Click Submit or Publish
